Hi, my name is Grace! I’m a licensed massage therapist, Reiki master, yoga instructor and in Charleston, South Carolina. My goal as a practitioner is to help you harmonize with the natural rhythm of your body-mind-spirit through integrative bodywork. In my practice, I weave together various healing arts practices, including massage therapy, energy work, yoga, aerial somatics therapy, nature immersion and meditation. My philosophy is that through connecting intentionally with the body, you can enter a state of physical, mental, and spiritual balance. You can harmonize with the cosmic cadence of the natural world.

Becoming who I am today has been a journey of remembrance. As a child, I was fascinated by the metaphysical and magic. I was very attuned to energy, and could see colorful energy and auras. Being discouraged and afraid, I repressed this part of myself for many years. As a young adult studying yogic philosophy and various somatic practices, I recalled my sensitivity to energy and started down the path of remembering. This led me to receiving my Reiki Master Attunement through the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California and then to study a wide range of massage modalities at Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. Some of the massage philosophies that I pull from include myofascial release therapy, deep tissue, synergistic massage, Thai massage, and Tui Na. From this educational foundation, my offerings are a bridge between Eastern and Western practices of massage and each session is unique as I work intuitively to meet your body where it is at on that given day.

We are all gifted beings with the capability to heal ourselves and others. Stepping into the role of facilitator, I work as a conduit of healing, redirecting your energy to guide you back towards a state of balance— energetically, spiritually, emotionally, and physiologically. I simply serve as a reminder for you to incite healing from within yourself, to access the innate wisdom that lives within each cell of your body. As Maryam Hasnaa has said, “A healer does not heal you. A healer is someone who holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself.”
